Job Duties:
Under direct supervision:
- Develop working drawings within company and industry standards and codes based on equipment specifications and detailed drawings.
- Exhibit a full understanding of materials and methods and gain basic exposure to design.
- Promote and comply with reliability, safety practices, HSE, and service quality requirements.
- Perform tasks that indirectly impact cost containment, efficiency, and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology, Drafting, or a related discipline preferred.
Experience:
- 4 years of related drafting experience with a degree OR 6 years of related drafting experience without a degree.
- Electrical drafting experience is required. Experience with SolidWorks Electrical is preferred, but other drafting programs are acceptable.
Skills:
- Familiarity with electrical layouts, cable harness design, and cable management is a plus.
- Quick learner with strong communication skills.
